What to expect on the day
Before your assessment
We'll send you a confirmation email with your appointment details and a secure video link. You don't need to prepare anything specific, but it can be helpful to think about examples of how ADHD symptoms affect your daily life.
During your assessment
Your assessment lasts 60-90 minutes via secure video call. Your psychiatrist will ask about your childhood, education, work, relationships, and daily life. It's a conversation, not a test — there are no right or wrong answers.
After your assessment
You'll receive a comprehensive diagnostic report within 14 days. If ADHD is diagnosed, the report will include treatment recommendations. We'll also write to your GP (with your consent) and schedule a follow-up call to discuss next steps.
